Lose 20 pounds or put on 15 pounds of muscle with an evidence based plan built for you
Read these out loud. If they sound like your inner monologue, you're in the right place
The last time you were in great shape, you had practice every day, teammates, and a coach who planned it all. So when you try to get it back, you go back to what worked then. You train like an athlete for a week or two but life gets busy, you miss a few days, and the whole plan falls apart.
MAYBE that worked when your sport was your only job, but now you have a career that requires you to make the MOST out of your time in the gym. That means workouts under an hour that you can still get done in a bad week.
Training and nutrition mapped to your actual work hours, travel, and social life so it can survive a bad week instead of getting cancelled by one
Weekly check-ins and direct feedback that catch you before you fall off, not weeks after
Every adjustment comes from your actual numbers, weight, performance, and recovery. Not what worked for someone else or what worked for you 10 years ago
Built around your schedule and rebuilt every 4 weeks as you progress, so you're always training at the right intensity, not guessing.
A flexible framework for workdays, travel, and eating out, so you don't have to choose between progress and your social life.
Weekly check-ins and video feedback so you're never more than a few days from a course correction.
Weight, photos, and performance tracked every week so you always know if the plan is working
Tell us your schedule, training history, and goals so day one is built around your actual life, not a template.
Training, nutrition, goals, progress trackers mapped to your calendar, ready before your first workout.
Every week I check where you're at and make sure you're on track to where you need to be, adjusting the plan as we go.
When twenty years of pressure, six years of college baseball, and a rollercoaster of a career finally ended, I was relieved and surprisingly excited to start whatever came next.
The gym had never been separate from any of it. Ten-plus years of lifting built my base career in the first place, long before I ever thought about coaching.
But that same relief wore off quickly. About four or five months into life after baseball, I looked in the mirror and didn’t recognize who I was. As an athlete, I was in the top 1% physically. Before I knew it, I had drifted to somewhere in the upper third. It wasn’t bad enough to force a change, but it nagged at me. I’d go all in for a few days, then fall off completely, because I had nothing to show up for every day and nobody expecting me to perform. I told myself it didn’t matter anymore since I wasn’t on the field. But deep down, I knew I wasn’t living up to what I was capable of.
What changed things for me was realizing I’d been waiting for a PERFECT plan before I started. That same mindset jeopardized my baseball career. So I stopped waiting and invested time, resources, and money into coaching and learning an evidence-based style of training. Training built on what research shows actually works. I started tracking, assessing every week, and adjusting based on what the data showed instead of how I felt that day. Everything shifted from there.
The more data I had, the less rigid my life actually felt. I could take a trip, have a bad week, miss a session, and come right back to the plan because it's built to adjust, not to break.
Now I coach ex athletes through the same evidence based system, so they don't waste any more time figuring it out the hard way.

Aaron lost 15 lbs and earned a six pack in 12 weeks. Confused on where to take his next step physically after his baseball career ended, he showed up at his best friend's beach wedding looking and feeling like his old athletic self again.
Lost 20 lbs in 4 months. He went from too intimidated to walk into a gym to the guy who can't stay out of one. Built his confidence one workout at a time, starting in his own garage.

This isn't an addition to your schedule...it's built around it. Your training and nutrition plan is designed around the hours you already have, not a second job you have to find time for.
That's about $18 a day, less than a coffee and a protein shake. The six months are going to pass either way, the only real question is whether you're better or worse when they're gone. Guessing your way through it costs more in the long run than a plan built around your actual numbers
Most coaching fails because it's a generic plan with no real accountability behind it. This is built around your actual schedule, with weekly check-ins so you get caught before you fall off, not months later.
You don't need to be sure you'll be perfect. You need to be willing to show up and follow the plan. The system does the rest.
No. This is built for guys with demanding jobs, travel, and schedules that change week to weeks, it works wherever you are.
Your schedule isn't going to clear up on its own. The men who get results start with the life they have now, not the one they're waiting for.
